The Quail Hollow HOA board consists of five members, including a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Member at Large. The board meets monthly to review community needs and work toward ongoing improvements.

Quail Hollow offers a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, creek, tennis courts, open space for walking dogs, mailboxes, a mini library, and a clubhouse available for resident use and rental. 

Yes, HOA fees can be paid online through our software, PayHOA. Residents can access their account, make payments, and view account details through the Resident Portal. 

HOA fee amounts and payment details can be found within the Resident Portal (PayHOA). These fees help cover essential services and amenities including insurance, water, lawn care, garbage, pool access, and maintenance of common areas. 

The HOA communicates using residents’ preferred contact methods when possible. Community updates and important notices can always be found through the Resident Portal. 

The community does use Facebook for general updates; however, official information is always shared through the Resident Portal and website. 

Quail Hollow is not limited to owner-occupied units and does allow renters. All residents are expected to follow community guidelines outlined in the governing documents.
